Faulkner only produces a limited number of oil paintings in a year.
The paintings below are the preliminary works to a larger series that
will explore the passion, dedication and sacrifice people in theatre
endure to bring us such wonderful entertainment. Through the
ages until now, theatre and fine art have shared the same audience, CC
Faulkner wants to bring back the heyday of Art and theatre, a time
before television and radio when the primary source of entertainment
was the theatre and the arts.
From the traditional oil painting to modern digital prints on canvas to sculptures, this series promises to be an exciting insight to the inner soul of theatre. The first show will be in early 2008. Watch press for details. |
